Refunds & Returns Policy
Please review this Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order with Fern Aminos. Due to the nature of research compounds and associated handling, storage, quality-control, and chain-of-custody requirements, sales generally become final once an order enters processing, preparation, packing, or fulfillment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Research compounds cannot routinely be returned after leaving our facility due to handling, storage, quality-control, product-integrity, and chain-of-custody considerations.
At Fern Aminos, all sales are final except where a refund, replacement, or another remedy is required by applicable law or expressly approved after review of a documented order issue.
Routine returns, exchanges, or refund requests cannot generally be accepted after an order has entered processing, preparation, packing, or fulfillment.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is no longer eligible for routine cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except where otherwise required by law or approved by Fern Aminos following review of the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
If you need to request cancellation of an order, contact Fern Aminos as soon as possible before the order has been processed, prepared, packed, or scheduled for shipment.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. A request may only be approved where the order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment.
Once processing begins, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation, modification, return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law.
Final Sale After Processing
Once an order has been processed, prepared, packed, or transferred to a shipping carrier, the sale is considered final.
Except where required by applicable law, Fern Aminos cannot routinely issue a refund, accept a return, exchange a product, or reverse a transaction after this point.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information before submitting payment, including:
- Compound names, strengths, and selected variations.
- Product quantities.
- Billing and shipping information.
- Email address and telephone number.
- Selected shipping method.
- Applicable age-verification and Research Use Only acknowledgements.
Customer Information
Fern Aminos is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable information provided by the customer during checkout.
This may include an incorrect street address, apartment or suite number, postal code, recipient name, email address, or telephone number.
If you discover an error after submitting an order, contact us as soon as possible. Address corrections and other changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, it is no longer under the direct physical control of Fern Aminos.
Carrier delays, routing issues, unsuccessful delivery attempts, weather events, service interruptions, and circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Where reasonably possible, Fern Aminos may assist customers with reviewing tracking information or initiating a carrier inquiry.
Assistance with a shipping investigation does not guarantee a refund, replacement, reshipment, or account credit.
Lost, Delayed or Misdelivered Packages
Customers should review the tracking information provided with their order and contact the applicable carrier regarding delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages.
Fern Aminos may assist with a carrier inquiry where reasonably possible.
Any replacement, reshipment, refund, or account credit will be determined after review of the circumstances and available documentation, subject to applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged or contains an incorrect product, contact Fern Aminos as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographs of the external shipping package.
- Photographs of the shipping label.
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
Please retain the product, shipping materials, and packaging until the review has been completed.
Submission of a claim does not automatically guarantee approval. Fern Aminos will review the available information and determine the appropriate resolution subject to applicable law.
Handling & Storage
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following applicable handling and storage information after delivery.
Fern Aminos is not responsible for degradation, contamination, loss, or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, temperature exposure, reconstitution, attempted use, or other actions occurring after delivery.
Unauthorized Returns
Products should not be returned to Fern Aminos without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to the sender and may not qualify for a refund, replacement, exchange, or account credit.
Written authorization to return an item does not itself guarantee that a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit will be issued. Any resolution remains subject to review of the individual circumstances.
Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Fern Aminos regarding a legitimate order concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that our team has an opportunity to review the matter.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized payment disputes may result in review, suspension, or termination of the associated customer account and may affect the ability to place future orders.
Research Use Only
Compounds supplied by Fern Aminos are offered strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical applications.
They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention of disease, cosmetic use, food use, veterinary use, or any other consumer application.
Refund or return requests arising from attempted use outside the stated research purpose will not be accepted except where a remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.
