What we can tell you about identity, purity, form and supply, and what we cannot.
What does research use only mean?
Everything we supply is intended for laboratory research. It is not a medicine, food, cosmetic or supplement, and it is not for human or veterinary use. Buyers are responsible for meeting the rules that apply where they are.
What does lyophilised mean?
Freeze drying removes the water and leaves a dry cake in the sealed vial. The material can then be boxed, posted and shelved as a solid. Every compound we list is supplied in this form.
Is every batch tested?
Yes. Each batch is released against third party analysis, recorded against the batch number printed on the vial. The packaging states Purity ≥99%.
Can I see a certificate of analysis?
Certificates of Analysis are directly linked from the applicable product pages and correspond to the relevant product batch. Each certificate provides batch-specific identity and purity information and does not indicate or imply any intended use of the product.
Who can place an order?
Supply is limited to research, laboratory and institutional buyers. The buyer is responsible for confirming that purchase, import and possession are lawful in their own jurisdiction.
Do you advise on how the material is used?
No. We can describe identity, purity, physical form, storage and packaging. Questions of use are not ones we answer.
How should vials be kept on arrival?
Keep them sealed in their original packaging, upright, cool and dry, away from direct light and from repeated changes in temperature. The conditions for a given batch are stated on the label.
What if an order arrives damaged?
Check the outer carton and the vials on arrival. If anything is broken, missing or not what was ordered, contact us with the order number and photographs of the packaging as it arrived.
